- Exceptional racecourse reappearance and comes to Australia fresh and ready

"... really stamping his authority late on and looking capable of showing even better form assuming he goes the right way from this ."
- TimeForm on ARCHERY PEAK’s recent win

"Although this horse had a long break between his last two runs he has shown enough to suggest he could be a star in the making.

His 2 year old form is very strong and he backed up that early promise with a first-up win that left us dreaming about what he could be.

I am very excited to get this horse into the barn and start working with him - he shows real promise."

3 year old colt by Champs Elysees out of the Nureyev mare Triomphale, who is also the dam of 8 winners including 2 listed winners.

Form Note:
Starter of 9 races with 2 wins and 2 placings under his belt, he has improved his form with time and the previous connections of the horse see further potential to come.

This colt has had his credentials boosted by the smart filly Zain Arionand who in her own right has beaten an impressive handicapper in Palisade.

Selling Points:

  • Attractive sort who won impressively against older horses last start
  • Best performances to date have come over distances of 2300m to 2700m and has proven effective over good and good to firm ground
  • A young horse who now knows his job and will be competitive over Australian staying trips

"A May foal who didn’t race at two and looks the type to improve again at four."

- Previous Trainer, Luca Cumani

"An out and out stayer who could be targeted at some of the more prestigious distance races in the Australian calendar. He caught my eye a while back and I have belief in his previous form. He took some time to come to hand but given his last performance I think he now realises what winning is all about."

Hinchinbrook Filly http://formguide.cyberhorse.com.au/catalogues/hearts-racing/13-hinchinbrook-filly.html http://formguide.cyberhorse.com.au/catalogues/hearts-racing/13-hinchinbrook-filly.html hinchinbrookwillowfilly

Hearts Racing has purchased a share in this filly and is forming a syndicate for Hearts Racing Members to join.

Comments from syndicator Australian Bloodstock who syndicated Protectionist, winner of the 2015 Melbourne Cup.

We're pleased to have purchased lot 319 at the recent 2017 Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale.

It's no surprise that Hinchinbrook is on the rise given his race track ability and the depth of his own pedigree but a little statistic that most people don’t know is from his 8 stakes winners 6 are fillies and they are operating at a massive 18% Winners to Stakes horses.

Simple when he gets a nice filly they are deadly.

What is also interesting is that of those 6 stakes horses they are all Bay or Brown- exactly like this girl.

Therefore the fillies where all our radar and the best Hinchinbrook filly in the sale was lot 319 . She is from a highly successful family raced by Pat Carey and already this mare has produced ULUNDI and FURNFORD both whom are stakes winners.

A review down the pedigree highlights that the family produces highly successful fillies and every generation has thrown a genuine Group class filly all the way back for 5 generations.

This mare has had 3 fillies only and the first one was small and broke down and the last 2 foals have been by little known sire Congrats. In fact Hinchinbrook is by far the best stallion the mare has ever visited so our chances are extremely high as the dam is a proven producer

Harry Mitchell from Yarraman Park highly recommended the filly based on her attitude and how well she had done leading up until the sale and she is a simple a beautiful scopey filly with a real presence that everyone who sees her will comment on. Given Pat Carey was the under bidder we were made to pay for her - but we feel she will be something pretty good in 12 months’ time and will be money well spent.
