The Great AI Debate

Breeder Bruce McHugh has issued a Federal Court challenge claiming that thoroughbreds conceived by Artificial Insemination should be able to race in Australia.

He has sued the proprietors of the Australian Stud Book (AJC and VRC) as well as the Australian Racing Board and RISA.
